Full Payment
To secure your order, full payment is required at checkout. All pre-orders are made-to-order and available for pickup/delivery on the specified dates.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.
• For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied to cover incurred costs.
